Teachers
Teachers gained theoretical and concrete knowledge of new innovative pedagogical approaches such as team coaching and entrepreneurship education and were introduced to a new learning way.
Educators´ empowerment means the growth and feeling of meaningfulness and competence in their work gained through visits to the workplaces, discussions with colleagues and the opportunity to learn new skills. Teachers will also gain new skills in how integrating social media and digital tools into education. Innovation and creativity will be praised in digital storytelling.
